I want to give a big shout out to Ms. Michelle Lee at this branch! She takes customer service to the level that I could only wish existed everywhere. She helped me adjust some things on my account and her amazing attitude, thoughtfulness and grace are what left me amazed. Yes this was a common bank transaction but when you find someone so helpful and kind, I truly believe they deserve to be commended. I have a branch a bit closer to my home but will return here for any needs because of her. I feel more confident that I chose the right bank if Ms. Lee represents the level of customer service. I also got to see another agent help someone elderly find seating and make sure their ride came to pick them up which I found very sweet as well. Thank you Security Service.

Fantastic!!!!! Kind, carrying, easy to understand what she is telling me. She is definitely a keep for Security Service. SS needs more assistance in the long lines everything I go in the bank....Only 2 (maybe 3 tellers) when there are 10 or more people waiting to do their banking business. thank you for listing. More Kudos for Melissa Campos. I made another appointment with Melissa last week to send an important bank wire to a family member. At this point, I rely on to Melissa to help me with all my banking needs. I needed to move money between different accounts before I could send the bank wire and Melissa handled that easily. Next, she accurately entered all of the information for the bank wire. Melissa’s attention to detail is one of the reasons I keep going back to her for all my banking needs. Thanks again Melissa.
